The OSF Way has established there is the need to achieve a single solution that integrates digital and traditional channels, eliminates barriers for patients and empowers employees to meet patient needs. With this, there is opportunity for OSF OnCall and OSF Medical Group to come together as one care team in pursuit of a transformed approach to scheduling and RN triage. To this end, a pilot will be designed collaboratively along with IT to launch a test of change at the Morton IM/Peds and Morton Pediatric sites with intent to refine and rollout to the wider Ministry.
